PROJECT TIMELINE
FIRST STEP
DISCOVERY
Before we start the project you must first book a free discovery call to see if we find synergy. If so, you'll receive a tailored proposal and a project agreement for you to sign. Once you send the first third of the payment we can officially start!
2 WEEKS
MUSING PHASE
In this phase we'll focus on putting together a creative and strategic brief for your website. We'll brainstorm ideas, create a moodboard, collect materials, and hone on the stylistic direction that resonates.
4 WEEKS
DESIGN PHASE
In the design phase that follows, I'll start bringing our creative vision to life, while you dedicate your time to write blogs and do some changes to your content based on my feedback and initial SEO research.
2 WEEKS
REVISION PHASE
At last we enter the revision phase where we'll test all tech integrations, buttons, and links to make sure everything is working properly. After all the desired alterations are made it is time for celebration!

Why should I choose Content Pixie for website design?
Even though the focus of our "Expand" package is website design, it brings much more to the table than just that. I specialize in creating online journeys that take your dream clients from curiosity to conversion. That's why we won't just build a website; we'll create an immersive experience for your audience through branding, content, and systems. I approach every project from a holistic point of view. Because everything on your website connects and impacts other parts of your business I use intention and intuition to create a website that will support your long-term goals.
What can I expect from our collaboration?
Our main goal is to create a website that brings in a stream of new leads and represents you as a person, business owner, and a catalyst in your space. We will focus on website branding, messaging, offerings, and content that helps your dream client say "yes" to working with you. I will lead you through the entire process and give you direction on how to improve your online presence. At the end of the project you'll have a brand new website, clear offerings, an automated system to capture new leads, and access to my tutorial library.
Are there any additional costs beside the initial investment?
Yes, you'll have to pay for your domain, hosting and SSL certificate every year, which you need to keep your website up and running securely. WordPress and Elementor are free, but there may be other costs based on what you want your website to do. For example, if you want sell courses through your website, you'll need to pay for a course platform, payment gateway and so on. If this sounds like alien speech to you, don't worry, we'll discuss this in depth on our first strategy session.
Will you create content for my website and blog?
Nope. Providing website content is your responsibility, and you'll have plenty of time to prepare it under my direction. You'll receive basic guidelines upon the start of our project, and personalized direction after the initial strategy session and SEO research. I can design your website with text placeholders if your content is incomplete but strongly advise against it. After all, content dictates design, not to mention you will have to invest extra time to fill in the content later or pay somebody to do it for you.
I have no clue how to manage a website. Will you show me?
Once your website is up and running, you'll get access to a library of tutorials that cover everything from how to upload blogs to creating backups. You can refer back to these short videos anytime you want, but if you want extra support I do have a website maintenance retainer available.
Will I be able to easily make changes to the website later on?
Yes! I use WordPress and Elementor for website design, so you'll be able to change anything you want later on. No code is required. You also get a 3-month support after the project is finished. If you help you with some small changes and alterations, all you have to do is ask.
